Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced operations leader to guide Virtual Safety Companion teams. You will ensure patient monitoring aligns with US health system protocols and safety standards.

You will oversee credentialing for non-delegated providers, lead care coordination, manage a professional team, and liaise with GBS and US health system leaders to drive improvements and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Active and unrestricted PH RN license (PRC).
• 7+ years in clinical healthcare leadership with bedside nursing experience.
• Experience in global or Shared Services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Virtual Safety Companion teams ensuring patient monitoring aligns with US health system protocols and safety standards.
• Oversee credentialing verification for non-delegated providers with accuracy, timeliness and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead non-clinical care coordination, including scheduling, patient navigation, and resource support for designated covered lives.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career growth.
• Serve as liaison between GBS teams and US health system leaders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business needs.
