Job summary

Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Director for FP&A Workforce Planning to lead the workforce planning function and data integrity. You will oversee Workday data hygiene, model the impact of offshoring and automation, and partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into value.

Lead a mixed onshore/offshore team, define KPIs, and drive automation opportunities. Hybrid model with initial onsite period; global travel to US locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, analytics or HR.
• 7+ years in workforce planning, FP&A or people analytics with leadership.
• Hands-on Workday experience preferred; offshore/automation experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to work in Eastern time and travel to US locations.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the firm’s workforce planning function and data integrity.
• Lead Workday data cleanup and hygiene with offshore and junior resources.
• Develop models and scenario analyses for offshoring and automation.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Define and track KPIs for data quality and planning effectiveness.
• Build and manage a hybrid-onshore/offshore team.
• Identify automation/AI opportunities to reduce manual effort.
