Aprio is a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join the Client Accounting Services - RF&H Team in a hybrid work setup. You will lead and mentor the GL team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support external audits.

Qualifications include a CPA, a Bachelors in accounting, and 5+ years in leadership within accounting. The role offers a blended onsite/remote schedule, initial onsite requirement for the first 2 months, and ongoing growth

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA is required.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in full-cycle accounting and compliance.
• Experience with accounting systems (such as Workday) is required.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of accounting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high level of accuracy in preparing financial reports.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and reports submission.
• Performs variance analysis and financial review.
• Ensure correct GL and cost center coding.
• Balance Sheet reconciliation and schedules completion.
