Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the Philippines to support financial reporting, planning, and strategic analysis. The role collaborates with a U.S.-based CFO team to deliver actionable insights and drive efficiency across finance and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work across time zones. Hybrid work is offered (2 onsite, 3 WFH) with full onsite during the initial period.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data modeling ability.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, management reports, and dashboards.
Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across units.
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations for consolidated reporting.
Support M&A financial integrations and post-acquisition analysis.
Develop process documentation and drive automation for reporting.
Lead ad hoc strategic analyses for leadership and decision-making.
