Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join its Business Operations - Finance Team in a hybrid work arrangement. You will oversee the accounting department, improve procedures, and ensure timely financial reporting across month-end and year-end closes while advising management on financial matters.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor’s in accounting, and 2–3 years of leadership in a full-cycle accounting environment. Prior Workday experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the accounting department's day-to-day operations.
• Create and enforce accounting procedures and principles.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, AP/AR, cash receipts, GL, budgeting, forecasting, variances, and reconciliations.
• Advise management on finance and accounting matters and improve systems and controls.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
