Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is hiring for a Director, Clinical Operations to lead virtual safety companion teams, credentialing verification, and care coordination. The role drives quality, compliance, and change management while aligning with U.S. health system standards.

You will supervise and develop professional teams, set performance goals, and act as the primary liaison between GBS and U.S. health system leaders to push process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Active, unrestricted Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• 7+ years of clinical healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in a global captive center or shared services model preferred.

• Provide operational leadership for virtual safety companion teams.
• Oversee credentialing verification activities for non-delegated providers.
• Lead non-clinical care coordination functions including scheduling and patient navigation.
