As a leader of leaders, the Director, Clinical/Administrative Operations is responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence for assigned support functions within the Global Business Services (GBS). This leader provides strategic and day-to-day oversight of the following assigned areas which include:
Provider Recruiting and Onboarding, including recruitment coordination, onboarding workflows, and provider integration activities.
Provider Compensation, spanning compensation grid management and incentive processing.
Revenue Cycle, facilitating charge reconciliation and supporting leadership development programs and additional work-queues.
Administrative Clinical Services, covering clinical services data integrity, ACT program support, analytics and performance reporting.
Patient Access Center Workforce Management, including workforce scheduling, staffing analytics, and call center workforce optimization.
Centralized Scheduling and Nursing Education, performing centralized scheduling, workforce optimization, workforce analytics, and nursing education support.
Credentialing Verification Services for non-delegated provider credentialing requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Pharmacy Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliation, and AR performance management.
The Director serves as a liaison between GBS teams and health system leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, performance standards, and patient-centered outcomes.

Active, unrestricted Philippines Registered Nurse (PHRN) license through the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) (required)
Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
7 years of clinical healthcare leadership experience (required)
Direct experience in U.S. healthcare operations (preferred)
Prior experience in a global captive center or shared services model (preferred)
