Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dining room staff.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take action to improve service as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of dining supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Prepare reports on dining room operations, including staffing, and inventory.
• Work with the bar staff to manage beverage service and inventory.
