Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to drive store objectives such as sales and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and Food, Safety and Cleanliness standards.

Lead people management and development, ensure operating systems and standards are followed, and ensure compliance with government requirements across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related business field.
• 3–4 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service.
• Demonstrates strong customer management orientation with the ability to meet customer needs.
• People management capability to coach, develop, and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of basic store operations with ability to assess improvements, ensure compliance to standards, and drive sales and profitability.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of the store business objectives such as Sales and Profitability targets, customer satisfaction & Food, Safety and Cleanliness standards; People Management and Development; and Stores adherence to operating systems and standards and compliance to all government requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Three to four (3-4) years of leadership functioning a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant, among others
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
• People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
• Knowledge on basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability.
