Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and performance.
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains high standards of food quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the head chef to develop and update the menu, by providing customer preferences/feedback.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies while minimizing waste and costs.
• Monitor and control costs to achieve budgetary goals.
• Oversee Cashiers Reports
• Manage the restaurant’s budget (RF), including forecasting and expense control. Timely liquidation reports.
