Private Advertiser is seeking a Floor Captain to oversee daily dining operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences. You will bridge management and front-of-house teams, driving service standards, team performance, and on-floor efficiency.

The role requires 2–3 years in supervision within hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in high-volume dining environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurants or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced service environments.
• Guest-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the floor during service periods to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high hospitality standards, presentation, and guest engagement.
• Actively monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support VIP handling and special requests.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
• Supervise servers, hosts, and support staff during shifts.
• Ensure grooming, punctuality, and adherence to standards.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members.
• Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and walk-ins efficiently.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor service timing, table turnover, and guest flow.
• Ensure dining area cleanliness and readiness.
• Drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
• Monitor team performance on sales targets and incentives.
• Oversee bill handling and ensure accuracy before presentation.
• Verify orders are correctly encoded in the POS system.
• Support cash handling procedures and reconciliations.
• Ensure receipt validation and required approvals (e.g., manager sign-off).
• Monitor and prevent discrepancies, escalating irregularities immediately.
• Enforce policies on voids, discounts, and adjustments.
