About the role

Golden Tree Restaurant and Services Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Dining Crew members. This is a full-time position based in Calamba City, Laguna, where you will be at the heart of our hospitality operations. As a Dining Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards that define Golden Tree Restaurant and Services Inc. and directly contributes to creating memorable moments for our patrons.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in accordance with restaurant procedures

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serving food and beverages in a professional and timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature

• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene at dining tables and throughout the dining area

• Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns or special requirements with professionalism and courtesy

• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Clearing and resetting tables between seatings to ensure the dining environment remains inviting

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas as required

• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar and other team members to ensure smooth service flow

• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and available beverages to make recommendations
