About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Crew member to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Calamba City, Laguna. As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work alongside our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, supporting the preparation and service of meals across our hospitality operations. This position is central to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and kitchen management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cooking ingredients according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout your shift
• Support the kitchen team in plating and presenting dishes in an appealing and consistent manner
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, reporting shortages to management as needed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and other cooking appliances
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries in appropriate storage areas
• Respond promptly to kitchen orders and work effectively under time pressure during service periods
