FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS invites you to join Tim Ho Wan for its upcoming opening. We are recruiting a skilled Dimsum Cook with experience or knowledge in wrapping dimsum to join our new team and meet high standards of quality and service.

You will prepare and wrap dimsum products, handle Siomai, Hakaw, Xiao Long Bao and Dumplings, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety, and support daily kitchen operations until the store opens.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• Must know how to wrap dimsum.
• Experience handling dimsum such as Siomai, Hakaw, Xiao Long Bao, and Dumplings is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo training before store opening.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to start Asap.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap dimsum products according to company standards.
• Handle various dimsum items such as Siomai, Hakaw, Xiao Long Bao, and Dumplings.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and kitchen standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations and production requirements.
