Hilton is seeking a Dim Sum Speciality Chef to join our Hotels team in a role focused on authentic Chinese cuisine and guest satisfaction. You will lead kitchen operations, ensure quality and presentation, and coach a kitchen staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of Dim Sum cooking experience, strong knowledge of Chinese specialties, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Dim Sum Chef or similar role in a Chinese restaurant, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
• Proven ability to prepare a wide range of dim sum items (siomai, har gow, xiao long bao, etc.).
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great tasting dishes; season, cook, and test according to standard recipes.
• Supervise the kitchen team; oversee line cooks and provide support.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
• Ensure food quality, proper storage, and stock rotation.
