Job summary

Henkel in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Workplace Analyst to optimize Unified Endpoint Management, software packaging, and endpoint security for a global workforce. You will deploy and improve enterprise endpoint services, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and craft knowledge materials and procedures to sustain high service quality.

The role requires 3+ years in Digital Workplace/Endpoint Management, hands-on Intune/Autopilot experience, and strong packaging skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, or IT Operations environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot and UEM basics.
• Strong background in software packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, device compliance, encryption, MFA and Defender.
• Experience in ITIL-based service management and user support.

About this Position

As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you will be a key member of Henkel's Global Digital Workplace Client & Mobility team, specializing in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Software Packaging, Endpoint Security, and Digital Workplace Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint and application management services, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace experience for employees across the globe. You will play a critical role in managing software packaging and deployment processes, maintaining endpoint security and compliance, and supporting global IT service operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, service quality, and workplace innovation.

What You´ll Do

• Manage and support Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services using Microsoft Intune and related technologies
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure seamless software delivery across the organization
• Administer endpoint security and compliance controls, including device policies, encryption, and security configurations
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes within a global ITIL-based environment
• Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance the employee digital experience
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, or IT Operations environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), including device provisioning, configuration management, compliance policies, and endpoint lifecycle administration
• Strong background in software packaging, deployment, and patch management, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Intune, Patch My PC (PMPC), Microsoft Store for Business, and other enterprise software distribution platforms
• Knowledge of endpoint security and modern workplace technologies, including device compliance, encryption, MFA, security baselines, vulnerability remediation, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 administration
• Experience working within an ITIL-based service management environment, managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests while ensuring high-quality service delivery and user support
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation, with the ability to streamline endpoint administration, reporting, and operational processes while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders, vendors, and business teams
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
