Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead for the Global Services (GS) Interaction Model. The role partners with product owners, managers, analysts, and tech teams to improve planning, execution, traceability, readiness, quality, and product performance.

You will coordinate repeatable product-operations practices and provide hands-on support for test planning, scenarios, UAT, defects, and post-launch validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital product operations, software testing, QA, or related discipline.
• Experience planning, testing, release readiness, and evidence collection.
• Ability to connect requirements, stories, acceptance criteria to testing traceability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support common product-operations practices across GS Interaction Model products.
• Coordinate testing and readiness activities across portfolios and releases.
• Prepare dashboards, governance materials, and progress updates.
• Maintain product artifacts, procedures, and performance measures.
• Promote reuse of assets and standards across the portfolio.
