Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Digital Product Specialist focused on data and funnel analysis, A/B testing setup, and identifying product improvements. You will document business requirements, map customer journeys, and support UX/UI teams with prototypes and mockups to prioritize customer needs.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Analytics, UX/UI, and Marketing to drive end-to-end development, monitor KPIs, and define success metrics for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in product development (digital products e.g mobile app).
• End-to-end product development for apps and websites with a strong focus on data-driven strategies and user feedback monitoring.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Product Development – define, document, and implement new ideas and enhancements.
• Product Management – monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement in the product stream.
• Product Design – define best customer journey with UX/UI to ensure coverage and negative scenarios handling.
• Product Support – plan rollout for new features and ensure support teams handle queries.
• Product Marketing – contribute to Go-to-Market plans and define success metrics for campaigns.

Job description

The Digital Product Specialist is responsible for specific aspects of a product, focusing on data and funnel analysis, A/B testing setup, and identifying product improvements. They document business requirements, map customer journeys, and support UX/UI teams with prototypes and mockups—always prioritizing customer needs and empathy throughout the development process.

What You’ll Do

• Product Development – work with Product Managers in the definition, documentation, and implementation of new business ideas and product enhancements
• Product Management – work with Analytics Team in the monitoring key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement in the assigned product stream
• Product Design – work with UX/UI team to define best customer journey for the customer; ensure requirement coverage and handling of negative scenarios
• Product Support – contribute to the preparation and planning of rollout process for new product features and enhancements and ensure that relevant support teams are able to handle possible user queries about the product.
• Product Marketing – contribute to creation of Go-to Market plans and work with Product Managers to define success metrics for marketing campaigns

What You Need To Have
