Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to own the online presence for a bold, purpose-driven coaching brand. You will produce and schedule content, manage website and funnel assets, and help with client onboarding while maintaining active community engagement.

The role requires hands-on experience with CapCut/Descript, Canva, email platforms, and various course/funnel tools; you’ll thrive in a fast-moving creative team and own the workflow end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in CapCut or Descript for video editing.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva.
• Experience keeping digital assets and files organized in Google Drive.
• Familiarity with website/funnel/course platforms such as Showit, ThriveCart, or MemberVault.
• Experience formatting and sending email newsletters (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Sharp-eyed, dependable, and able to work on your own.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness on Messenger/WhatsApp.
• Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Put together short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with CapCut or Descript.
• Post, schedule, and manage social media content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Substack.
• Make and refresh graphics from Canva templates (carousels, reel covers, quote graphics).
• Keep website and funnel content current, including updates in Showit, listings in ThriveCart, and course content in MemberVault or similar platforms.
• Format, send, and measure email newsletters in GoHighLevel or Mailchimp, tracking open rates and top-performing content.
• Assist with client onboarding through welcome emails, resource delivery, and templated replies to common questions.
• Moderate online community spaces by approving requests, watching comments, and boosting engagement during launches.
• Configure and manage Zoom for recordings and calls, and fix basic platform/link problemsKeep Google Drive asset folders tidy, including testimonials, graphics, and reusable content.
• Help with general digital operations (event coordination, PDFs, lead magnets) and keep up with AI tools that streamline the workflow.
