FreshBox Media Pvt. Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a Digital Marketing Lead to own performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social media, while guiding a practical team of SEO and social specialists.

You will plan, execute and optimize campaigns, improve ROAS, CPL and CPA, and present insights to clients. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in marketing or related field.
• 4–7 years in Digital Marketing with hands-on performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CAC.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Lead budgeting, planning and reporting for ROAS and CPA goals.
• Direct SEO and Social Media activities within the team.
• Analyse dashboards and present actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, copy and client services teams.
• Mentor junior resources and set clear deliverables.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of digital marketing performance while leading a team across Performance Marketing, SEO and Social Media.If you are hands-on with ad platforms, strong with data, comfortable with clients and know how to turn numbers into actionable strategies, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, CPL, CPA and overall campaign performance.
• Lead the digital team, including SEO, Social Media and junior digital resources, by setting priorities and managing deliverables.
• Understand client objectives and develop effective digital marketing strategies and media plans.
• Analyse campaign reports and dashboards to identify opportunities, issues and actionable insights.
• Present campaign performance, strategies and recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with creative, copy and client servicing teams to develop effective digital campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within planned spends.
• Stay updated with changes in digital platforms, advertising trends and industry best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Working knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and CAC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital reporting tools.
• Strong client communication, presentation and team management skills.
• Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Healthcare, BFSI or FMCG brands will be an added advantage.
