Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant to strengthen our brand’s online presence. You will build and maintain funnels and automations, publish content across social platforms, and run ad campaigns while creating branded graphics.

The ideal candidate combines creative and analytical skills, with experience in Kajabi, Meta Business Suite, and Canva. You will manage engagement, content calendars, and performance reporting, supporting a growing personal-brand style

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Kajabi including funnels, landing pages, forms and automations.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite for scheduling, ads, targeting, analytics.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tool.
• Experience handling DMs and audience engagement professionally.
• Reliable self-management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Kajabi funnels, landing pages, forms, and automations
• Test and quality-check every automation and funnel before it goes live
• Schedule and publish content through Meta Business Suite
• Run ad campaigns with targeting, optimization, and analytics reporting
• Handle posting, community engagement, and DM management on social platforms
• Curate content across Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn
• Design branded graphics and reel covers in Canva or similar tool
• Track campaign and content performance and deliver regular reports
