Job summary

You’ll also format newsletters and support onboarding, while keeping communities active and assets well-organized. The role emphasizes initiative, tech comfort, and a proactive stance to grow with a fast-moving, creative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency with CapCut or Descript for video editing.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva.
• Experience organizing digital assets and files in Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Showit, ThriveCart, or MemberVault platforms.
• Experience formatting and sending email newsletters (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Methodical, dependable, and self-starting.
• Strong communication and responsiveness on messaging apps.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) in CapCut or Descript.
• Upload, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms.
• Design and refresh graphics from Canva templates.
• Handle website and funnel content (Showit, ThriveCart, MemberVault).
• Format, send, and track email newsletters (GoHighLevel or Mailchimp).
• Support client onboarding with welcome emails and resources.
• Moderate online communities and manage engagement during launches.
• Set up and maintain Zoom for recordings and calls.
• Keep Google Drive assets organized and accessible.
• Support general digital operations and AI-assisted workflows.
