Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant to strengthen our brand’s online presence. You will build and maintain funnels and automations, publish content across social platforms, and run ad campaigns while creating branded graphics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Kajabi including funnels, landing pages, forms and automations.

• Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tool.
• Experience handling DMs and audience engagement professionally.

A brand's online presence is only as strong as the systems underneath it, and a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant will strengthen both the content and the machinery for ours. You will manage our online presence and marketing systems by building and maintaining funnels and automations, scheduling and publishing content across several social platforms, running ad campaigns, and creating branded graphics. An organized, technically comfortable candidate who owns both the creative and analytical sides of digital marketing is the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Kajabi funnels, landing pages, forms, and automations
• Test and quality-check every automation and funnel before it goes live
• Schedule and publish content through Meta Business Suite
• Run ad campaigns, including targeting, optimization, and analytics reporting
• Take care of posting, community engagement, and DM management on Instagram and Facebook
• Look after content and engagement on Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads
• Keep watch over our LinkedIn page and adapt brand content for a professional audience
• Design branded graphics, story templates, and reel covers in Canva or a similar tool
• Track campaign and content performance and deliver regular reports
