Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant to unify funnels, ads, and posts across platforms. You will build and maintain funnels and automations, schedule and publish content, manage ad campaigns, and create branded graphics.

An organized, technically comfortable candidate who owns both creative and analytical sides is a good fit. You'll work with Kajabi, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and multiple social channels; expect collaboration with the team and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Experience with Kajabi funnels, landing pages, forms, and automations.
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite for scheduling, ads, targeting, and analytics reporting.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and LinkedIn.
• Proficient in Canva or similar design tool.
• Experience handling DMs and audience engagement professionally.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Kajabi funnels, landing pages, forms, and automations.
• Test and quality-check automations and funnels before they go live.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite.
• Manage ad campaigns, including targeting, optimization, and analytics reporting.
• Handle posting, community engagement, and DM management on Instagram and Facebook.
• Manage content and engagement on Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads.
• Monitor LinkedIn page and repurpose brand content for a professional audience.
• Design branded graphics, story templates, and reel covers in Canva or a similar tool.
• Track campaign and content performance and share regular reports.
