Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Digital Learning Manager to shape how employees learn, lead, and adapt quickly. You will design gamified, multi-channel learning journeys and ensure seamless experiences across our platforms, HCM, and AI chatbots.

You will lead initiatives with SMEs, HR Business Partners, and analytics teams to deploy scalable programs, embed GenAI tools, and drive measurable business impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree in psychology, behavioral science, or HR management.
• 5+ years in digital learning, instructional design, or L&D technology.
• Strong background in content strategy, platform integration, and analytics.
• Experience with immersive storytelling and GenAI in learning.
• Proven project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop gamified, multi-channel learning programs across culture, skills, systems, and leadership.
• Ensure programs are engaging, scalable, and tied to business impact via analytics.
• Set templates for SME-authored content and support SMEs in content creation.
• Collaborate with HCM, LXP, EXP, and AI ChatBot teams to optimize learner journeys.
• Deliver seamless learner experiences with analytics-driven insights.
• Lead and mentor digital design interns with academic partners.
