Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Digital Learning Manager who will shape learning culture and capability across the organization from its MOA Square, Pasay City campus. You will design gamified learning journeys, integrate with HCM and AI chat tools, and drive measurable business impact through analytics.

You will collaborate with SMEs, HR Partners, and LXP/EXP teams to ensure scalable, high-quality content and learner experiences, mentoring interns and delivering future-ready talent.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, with 5+ years in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, or L&D Technology.
• Strong background in content strategy, platform and HCM integration, and analytics.
• Intune with advances in digital learning, including immersive storytelling and GenAI.
• Skilled in engaging SMEs, interns, and HR Business Partners to deliver at scale.
• Proven project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop gamified, multi-channel programs on culture, functional skills, systems, and leadership.
• Ensure programs are engaging, scalable, fast to deploy, and tied to measurable business impact through analytics.
• Set standards and templates for SME-authored content.
• Support SMEs in capturing and sharing expertise by simplifying authoring while respecting workload.
• Keep modules complete, accurate, usable, and regularly updated.
• Partner with HCM, LXP, EXP, and AI ChatBot teams.
• Deliver seamless learner journeys with access, quick issue resolution, and insights.
• Drive participation and recognition through leaderboards, campaigns, and communication.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage digital design interns in partnership with academic institutions.
• Scan for, test, and embed GenAI tools such as text-to-video, AI narration, and personalization.

This role is pivotal in shaping culture, building capability, and enabling employees to thrive in a fast-changing environment. You will design gamified, multi-channel learning journeys and ensure seamless learner experiences across our platforms, HCM, and chatbot.

• Ensure programs are engaging, scalable, fast to deploy, and tied to measurable business impact through analytics
• Set standards and templates for SME (Subject-Matter Expert)-authored content
• Support SMEs in capturing and sharing expertise by simplifying authoring while respecting their operational workload
• Keep modules complete, accurate, usable, and regularly updated
• Partner with HCM (Human Capital Management), LXP (Learning Experience Platform), EXP (Employee Experience Platform), and AI ChatBot teams
• Deliver seamless learner journeys with smooth access, quick issue resolution, and analytics-driven insights
• Partner with HR Business Partners to sustain active learner communities
• Drive participation and recognition through leaderboards, raffles, campaigns, and regular communication
• Use analytics to track engagement and optimize community activity
• Recruit, mentor, and manage digital design interns in partnership with academic institutions
• Oversee high-quality storytelling and learning content outputs while developing future-ready talent
• Scan for, test, and embed GenAI (Generative AI) tools such as text-to-video, AI narration, and personalization
• Build workflows that accelerate production and expand creative possibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of a 4-year degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course
• Hands-on, with 5+ years in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, or L&D Technology
