SM Supermalls is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of HR digital solutions across HR COEs. You will co-own roadmaps, ensure integration, and drive measurable business impact using AI-powered automation.

Collaborate with IT, L&D, and HR partners to optimize operations, track adoption, and deliver ROI while ensuring ethical AI usage and strong user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Tech, digital transformation or product management.
• Experience in HR system integrations and process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-own and refine HR digital roadmaps with HR COEs.
• Collaborate with IT for vendor evaluations and system security.
• Use AI and automation to simplify workflows and improve decision-making.
• Measure adoption, impact, and ROI with HRIS and HRBPs.
