This role coordinates routine tasks, manages simple escalations, and maintains schedules and patient data to ensure a high-quality digital experience for patients and partner organizations.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve routine escalations from HCPs, patients, and corporate accounts, directing complex issues to senior staff.
• Monitor service dashboards to track key performance indicators and assist in data collection for routine reports.
• Maintain accurate records of virtual consultations and patient-related data to ensure service quality and compliance.
