Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to analyze the Digital Ecosystem, identify improvement opportunities, and support digital payment processes across streams. The role involves KPI management, benchmarking, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver initiatives and track market needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a product/analytics-focused role, strong data analytics skills, and advanced Excel.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience as a Product Specialist or equivalent role.
• Familiarity with data analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge.

• Monitor, analyze, and report Digital Ecosystem KPIs to stakeholders.
• Identify new KPIs and define measurement methods and drivers.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and iterate KPI management as needed.
• Benchmark and analyze competitors in Digital Ecosystem and Payments products.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Project Managers, and stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, and resources.
• Communicate improvement expectations to teams and partners.

Job Description:

About The Job

The main objective of the Digital Performance Specialist is to provide lifelong product analysis for Digital Ecosystem with the goal of suggesting possible improvements to its processes and features. This responsibility encompasses studying the competition to see what is already on the market, and what upgrades can be introduced to create a better or more useful product. This role also includes supporting Home Credit’s digital payment processes across different streams.

What You’ll Do

Digital Ecosystem KPI management, monitoring and reporting:

• Regularly monitor, analyze, synthesize and report KPIs giving regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify new KPIs as necessary, how results will be measured, how well results are achieved and the connected performance drivers
• Complete post-project evaluation for new initiatives and iterate KPI management as necessary

Support BAU

• Identify and initiate continuous improvement projects for Digital Ecosystem based on KPIs
• Ideate, create business cases for new features, propose improvement areas and iterations
• Continuously perform benchmarking and competitor analysis of Digital Ecosystem and Payments products and features
• Continuously track and keep stakeholders updated of Digital Ecosystem trends and market needs
• Develop a pipeline of improvement projects and best practices for Digital Ecosystem and Payments product
• Collaborate and be accountable with Product Owner, Project Managers, Project Sponsor, and stakeholders on Digital Ecosystem initiatives to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
• Clearly communicate improvement expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Manage relationship with in-house and 3rd party partners upon transition to business as usual
• Sanity checks of Home Credit payment button availability in Partner Merchants ecommerce websites

What You Need To Have

• With at least 2 years’ experience as a Product Specialist or an equivalent role
• Familiarity with data analytics
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals
• Advanced MS Excel skills
