Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive digital ecosystem initiatives, bridging business, technology, merchants, and partners for timely go-live and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate planning, feasibility, and roadmaps; align stakeholders and manage risks across multiple partners to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery, implementation management, product delivery, or integration management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology and business initiatives.
• Experience working with merchants, partners, vendors, or external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and roll out Digital Ecosystem initiatives across teams and partners.
• Plan feasibility, timelines, and roadmaps; provide delivery estimates.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Tech teams to define scope and success criteria.
• Serve as main implementation contact for merchants, partners, and payment ecosystem participants.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks, and escalate blockers with mitigation plans.
• Share best practices and drive onboarding and go-live activities.

About The Job

To drive the successful implementation, integration, and rollout of Digital Ecosystem products, capabilities, and partnerships. The role serves as the bridge between business, technology, merchants, aggregators, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives. This includes and is not limited to supporting the continuous expansion of Home Credit's Digital Ecosystem by enabling seamless onboarding of merchants, partners, and new digital capabilities while ensuring operational readiness and successful go-live execution.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Planning and Feasibility Assessment

• Assess project feasibility, implementation requirements, dependencies, risks, and resource needs for new Digital Ecosystem initiatives


• Support preparation of project charters, implementation plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps


• Coordinate with Product Managers, Technology teams, and stakeholders to define project scope and success criteria


• Provide delivery estimates and implementation considerations during project initiation and prioritization discussions

Ecosystem Integration and Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the primary implementation contact for merchants, aggregators, payment partners, and other ecosystem participants


• Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery expectations


• Support technical and business discussions related to integration and implementation requirements.

Dependency, Risk, and Issue Management

• Identify and manage project dependencies across business, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners


• Maintain risk and issue logs and drive timely resolution of blockers


• Escalate critical risks and implementation concerns with recommended mitigation plans


• Coordinate recovery activities for projects experiencing delivery challenges

Best Practice Sharing

• Promote project delivery, implementation, and integration best practices across the Digital Ecosystem organization


• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration processes


• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery speed, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery, implementation management, product delivery, or integration management


• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology and business initiatives


• Experience working with merchants, partners, vendors, or external stakeholders


• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery methodologies


• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications

What Can Set You Apart

• Experience in Philippine payments, fintech, e-commerce, or digital lending industries


• Experience working with payment gateways, payment aggregators, issuers, acquirers, or merchant platforms


• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and technical implementation discussions


• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools


• Experience managing merchant onboarding and go-live activities


• Knowledge of BSP regulations related to digital financial services
