Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, IT Analysis, Application Support, or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, System Integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project teams to improve processes and system performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed and third-party applications.
• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues while ensuring business continuity.
• Support application enhancements, system integration, and process optimization.
• Work with .NET/C# applications, REST APIs, and modern integration technologies.
• Participate in requirements validation, UAT, and production readiness activities.
• Develop and execute functional, end-to-end, and regression testing strategies.
• Drive quality assurance initiatives, including test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Coordinate Business Testing, UAT validation, and release sign-off activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable delivery.
