Job summary

AboitizPower Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong Change Management background in the Philippines. You will bridge technical software configuration with user adoption, map end-to-end processes, and guide engineers, planners, and estimators through a structured modernization effort.

You will design a 5-stage adoption framework, translate system features into tangible benefits, and develop training materials while ensuring local standards are reflected in the new workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA, Process Engineer, or Technical Change Manager on large software implementations.
• Strong process mapping and workflow optimization skills.
• Experience with CM methodologies (Prosci ADKAR) applied to tech changes.
• Ability to translate software features into business value for varied users.
• Experience guiding users through ERP, GIS, or EAM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end As-Is and To-Be process swimlanes and identify deltas across DLPC, CLPC, and SEZ.
• Translate DXI/WACS features into operational benefits for specific roles.
• Design and implement a 5-stage adoption framework (readiness, localization, champions, pilots, cutover).
• Lead training modules and job aids; focus on digital literacy for legacy and manual teams.
• Establish adoption governance, KPI dashboards, and 60-day post-go-live support.
