Job summary

Teradyne Cebu, Philippines: The Business Process Analyst will join the CSO's Business Process & Systems team on a temporary 12-month assignment. You will be the primary liaison for business end users and IT, defining and rolling out solutions that add value and improve efficiency.

You will gather and document requirements, create tests and training, and produce process documentation, workflows, and wireframes to support projects and ongoing process improvements across CSO.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with CSO business processes is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and diagramming abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to gather and assess user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for business end users and IT resources to define and roll out solutions.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements across CSO functions.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time.
• Create process documentation, workflows, and wireframes to support projects.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide user training and basic post-implementation support.
