Job summary

AboitizPower seeks a Business Analyst with a strong Change Management background to bridge technical configuration and user adoption in the Philippines. Qualifications

• 5+ years in BA, Process Engineer, or Technical Change Manager on large software implementations (ERP, GIS, or EAM preferred).
• Strong proficiency in process mapping (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow optimization.
• Change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) applied to technical/process changes is a strong plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and on-the-floor coaching for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end As-Is and To-Be processes, identify deltas across DLPC, CLPC, and SEZ and legacy sites.
• Translate DXI/WACS features into operational benefits and build feature matrices for roles.
• Design and execute a 5-stage adoption framework including Baseline Audit, Localization, Champion Activation, Pilot Sprints, and Full Cutover.
• Define cutover policies, KPI dashboards, and hypercare support during go-live.
