Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Learning Business Partner - Digital & Transferable Skills to lead the roll-out of digital learning, AI-enabled solutions, and transferable skills across the zone from the Manila center.

You will partner with Markets and Corporate teams to align strategy with leadership transformation and performance acceleration. The role focuses on scaling digital content, deploying AI-powered tools, and delivering targeted training programs while ensuring local market relevance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and hands-on learning program design experience.
• Proven ability to drive digital and AI capability building with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using AI platforms to enable easy access to learning content.

Responsibilities

• Define organizational, team, and individual transferable skills and needs for the zone.
• Oversee training needs consolidation and connect insights with digital and leadership programs.
• Lead digitalization of learning across the region for scalable access.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered learning agents to support learners and managers.
• Organize and deliver zone-level development solutions and digital skills training.
• Support NiM delivery and local market implementation of interventions.
• Adapt global designs to local market nuances and translate needs into new solutions.
• Provide TTT sessions and certification to build market capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Learning Experience Designer on architecture and deployment strategy.
• Evaluate curricula for reach, impact, and alignment with business goals.
