Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Learning Business Partner - Leadership & Team Effectiveness to roll out leadership and transferable skills initiatives across Asia, Oceania, Africa. Reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager, based in Manila, the role supports the zone with capability building and coaching networks.

Qualifications

8+ years total experience with at least 5 years designing and delivering learning programs.
Experience with talent assessment and psychometrics is a plus.
External coaching certifications are a plus.
Ability to work with senior leaders across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

Define organizational, team and individual learning needs in coordination with Corp. L&D.
Translate training needs into deployment plans and pipelines for new solutions.
Lead regional coaching networks and engage Gallup, 360, and ICF certified coaches.
Organize regional Development Assessment Centers and support local centers.
Collaborate with Corporate SMEs on capability building for functions like HR and Finance.
Ensure adherence to the 5Di (Define, Discover, Design, Develop, Deploy, Improve) process.
