The position is onsite, offering a competitive package up to ₱40,000 with a ₱30,000 sign-on bonus. Prior digital advertising knowledge will help you excel in this CSR role.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in Digital Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, PPC advertising, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram advertising, or SEO is beneficial.
• Understanding digital advertising terms and processes helps in customer support for ad products.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through the assigned support channel.
• Assist customers with digital advertising concerns and product information.
• Document interactions and maintain high-quality customer service.
