Job summary
Sapient is seeking a Customer Service Representative specialized in Digital Ads Marketing to assist customers using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms. Onsite role in Eastwood, Quezon City with a focus on inquiries about campaigns, settings, audience targeting, and advertising tools.
The role requires at least 6 months of relevant Digital Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, or Digital Marketing experience and offers a competitive salary package for the Philippines.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in Digital Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with digital advertising accounts, campaigns, and related tools.
- Familiarity with CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding digital advertising products and services.
- Assist with concerns involving advertising accounts and platform features.
- Provide basic campaign-related support and troubleshooting.
- Identify customer concerns and offer solutions based on procedures.
- Maintain professional communication to deliver a positive customer experience.
