B. Braun Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple dialysis centers. You will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care across sites.

Key focus areas include staffing, budgeting, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to drive service quality and business growth. A bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–7 years of healthcare leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in dialysis services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling and patient flow while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple centers.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster collaboration and succession planning.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization; support growth initiatives.
