Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a desktop support professional to manage incidents, imaging, and deskside services at the Pasir Panjang site.
You will handle hardware/software installation, security monitoring, and remote/onsite IT support for end users throughout their device lifecycle. Responsibilities include imaging Windows 11 via PXE, SCCM/software center deployments, and providing VIP deskside support.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows 10/11 setup and imaging.
- Hands-on imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
- Experience deploying software via SCCM and Software Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage desktop device incidents from incident to resolution.
- Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
- Perform hardware break-fix for laptops and desktops with vendor spares.
- Provide conference room, Remote Desktop, and event support at the customer site.
- Maintain desktop OS and office applications; manage remote desktop devices.
- Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktop devices.
- Act as VIP deskside IT contact at the site when needed.
- Ensure desktop devices have correct images and lifecycle management.
- Analyze service desk data to identify training or automation needs.
- Support, manage, optimize, and maintain desktop configuration and installs including patching and replacements.
