Job summary

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support and ensure smooth operation of workplace IT services. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering timely support to users.

You will handle desktop hardware, Windows OS incidents, VPN connectivity issues (including Zscaler), Teams setup and Office 365 troubleshooting, and device enrollment while maintaining high customer service levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for desktop hardware and peripherals (PCs, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice).
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS incidents including domain access and user permissions.
• Support antivirus operations, client functionality and update verification.
• Resolve VPN connectivity issues, including Zscaler support.
• Assist users with Microsoft Teams setup and troubleshoot video conferencing issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain business software on user workstations.
• Support mobile device enrollment through the company portal.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 account-related issues.
• Resolve incidents related to data storage, server availability, printers and copiers.
• Record, track and update support incidents with a focus on timely resolution and customer service.
