Job summary

Lynx InfoTech Pte. Ltd seeks a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to manage incidents end-to-end, including IMAC, deskside, and conference room support. You will maintain desktop images, patch cycles, and hardware replacements while ensuring security compliance across devices.

The role requires Windows 10/11 experience, PXE imaging, and hands-on ITSM tool usage. Collaboration with engineering teams and VIP on-site support are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in desktop support or IT service management.
• Experience imaging Windows using PXE boot and deploying Windows 11.
• Strong familiarity with SCCM, Software Center and manual software installation.
• Hands-on experience replacing batteries and working with Dell hardware.
• Experience using Intune, AD, and BitLocker in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Outlook administration and calendar/configuration tasks.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents (hardware, software, and connectivity) through to resolution.
• Provide IMAC and deskside support services.
• Perform hardware and software break-fix on laptops/desktops and conference room support.
• Provide remote desktop support and event support at the customer location.
• Maintain desktop configuration, patch updates, and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training or automation needs.
