Qualifications:
- Preferably Graduate of a 4-year course preferably IT, Eng'g, or Computer Science
- Hands-on IT related work experience of at least 2 years
- Provide frontline technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers
- Ensure end users have reliable access to necessary hardware and software to perform their duties efficiently
