Job summary

Unison Computer Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite hardware and software troubleshooting across customer environments. You will diagnose issues, perform IMAC, and ensure timely resolutions at client sites.

The role requires 2–5 years of onsite/desktop support experience, effective communication, and the ability to travel as needed to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of onsite / desktop support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Basic Windows, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi and hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with hardware replacement, installation and IMAC activities.
• Ability to attend customer sites within the required SLA.

• Provide onsite support and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and hardware issues.

JOB PURPOSE

Set-up/Installation, Computer Hardware/Software troubleshooting and repair.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide onsite support and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and hardware issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
