Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its global clients. The BIM Lead will own the hub's BIM environment, set up models and standards, and lead a team of BIM technicians across international projects.

The BIM Lead will set up and manage the Hub’s BIM environment, templates and standards, lead the BIM technicians, and ensure models and drawings meet project and client requirements across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline; BIM-related certifications preferred.
• 5–10 years of BIM leadership experience, ideally in consulting/shared services/global delivery environments.
• Proven BIM execution and coordination leadership for data centers, corporate fit-outs, and complex projects across regions.

Responsibilities

• Establish Hub BIM standards, templates, families and drawing conventions.
• Lead model setup, sharing coordinates, worksharing and view templates; ensure model health and version control.
