Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects. We seek an Architectural Technician to develop practical layouts and translate them into coordinated Revit models and drawings, with rendering aPlus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology with 3–5 years in an architectural practice.
- Proven ability to develop efficient layouts across multiple building typologies.
- Strong Revit experience for modeling and documentation; BIM workflows are essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural layouts, test fits and massing options across building typologies.
- Produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for hub offices.
- Coordinate with BIM Lead and hub engineers on standards and coordination.
- Create presentation drawings, diagrams and 3D views for reports and bids.
