Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural site development plans, floor plans, and detailed construction drawings.

• Develop accurate 3D models and realistic renderings using Revit and Enscape.

• Produce architectural drawings, bill of quantities, technical specifications, calculations, and basis of design documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Conduct site inspections and site scoping as required by project needs.

• Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) related to project execution.

• Ensure designs comply with applicable local building codes and project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural and engineering design projects.

• Experience in architectural design for commercial, retail, industrial, or building services projects.

• Proficient in:

  • AutoCAD

  • Revit

  • PlanSwift

  • Microsoft Office Applications

• Strong knowledge of Philippine Building Codes and relevant design standards.
