Responsibilities

• Can supervise architectural graduates, patient, has the ability to lead, hardworking, able to multi task
• Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetables
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
• Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities on site
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulations
• Schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that project meets design specifications
• Ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
• Willing to do site supervision
• Proficient in CAD 2D Drawing, Sketch Up 3D Modelling
• Knowledgeable in VRay rendering and other software
• Knowledge in building construction and estimates

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
