Sunland Development Corp is seeking an Architectural Designer to translate project requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs for residential, commercial, and other building projects in Manila. You will develop concepts, drawings, and construction documents while ensuring code compliance and alignment with project standards.

The role involves collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, conducting site visits, and delivering organized drawings and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect is preferred depending on company requirements.
• Experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction-related projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop.

Responsabilités

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documents.
• Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings/models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEPF, and other engineering requirements.
• Review project plans, specifications, and design requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits and assessments when necessary to gather measurements and verify existing conditions.
• Assist in preparing material specifications, design presentations, and project documentation.
• Revise designs and drawings based on client, consultant, or management feedback.
• Ensure that designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and company/project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders regarding design-related concerns.
• Assist in monitoring project implementation to ensure that construction follows the approved design.
• Maintain organized and updated project drawings, files, and documentation.
• Perform other design-related tasks that may be assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Philippine building codes, standards, and regulations.

• Strong design, visualization, and technical drawing skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines.

• Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams when required.
