Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning – Develop conceptual designs, architectural plans, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Stay updated with the latest design trends and innovations.
• Project Management – Assist in budget estimation, project specifications, and scheduling to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaboration & Coordination – Work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes, fire regulations, and construction standards. Conduct site visits and assess existing conditions.
• Documentation & Presentation – Prepare design proposals, presentations, and permit submissions while maintaining accurate project records, including Building and Occupancy Permit documents and As-Built plans.
• Quality Control – Review contractor work for adherence to project specifications and contract documents. Prepare final record drawings upon project completion.

Qualifications:

• Registered and Licensed Architect.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, building codes, and zoning regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and manage project documentation
• Willing to work on-site in Bacolor, Pampanga
• Immediate availability preferred
